Why Every Customer Needs a Backup Plan:

1) Possible hard drive failure can lead to lost data/pictures/music/email that cannot be replaced. Pictures are priceless, music can cost $1 a song to replace and financial personal data can be almost impossible to reconstruct.

2) Accidental erasure or deleting of data (have an extra copy in case). If you were to erase something that was important, it could take you hours to recover it or get it back from someone else. Save time and have a plan.

3) Possible loss or damage of your computer. If you travel with your notebook, you always have a chance that your computer could get damaged or worse yet stolen or lost. Be sure you have a second place for your information.

4) Most people believe that they are going to back up “someday” but put it off. We talk to people every day that don’t have a back up plan until it’s too late. We can help set automatic back up schedules to be sure to increase your chances of safety of your valuable data/music/pictures/email.

5) Many people believe it is too technical and don’t want to deal with it. (Maxtor/Seagate research says this is the #1 reason people don’t do it). Once we have set up your backup plan with Windows or OS X you will have a simpler way to manage your back ups in the future.
